Who counts as an active apprentice? Anyone logging hours or enrolled in a term during that billing month. Applicants, graduates, and apprentices on layoff are free.
How long does migration take? Two to four weeks for most programs. We take your hour requirements, wage schedule, and existing records however they live now — spreadsheets, paper, or another system.
Will it match our standards, or do we have to match yours? Yours. Hour thresholds, wage steps, competency lists, and term structure are all configured to your program — not chosen from a menu.
What happens to our records if we leave? You export everything — hours, sign-offs, evaluations, and credentials — as files you can hand to an auditor. No exit fee, no hostage data.
